Lawyer sets the fee
Every lawyer publishes their own consultation fee on their profile. You see the exact amount before you pay.
Funds held in escrow
You pay via Mobile Money or card through Paystack. ESE holds the money until the consultation is marked complete; if it doesn't happen, support can refund you.
Platform fee: 1.99%
Citizens pay the full lawyer fee. From each completed booking ESE keeps 1.99% as a service fee; the remaining 98.01% is paid out to the lawyer's mobile-money account.
